Apsara + Pranjal: Destination wedding in Dharamshala

As a wedding photographer, I get to travel to many beautiful places, but Apsara and Pranjal’s destination wedding in Dharamshala was something truly special. The snow-clad mountains, fresh mountain air, and peaceful vibe made every moment feel magical.

Set over two days, Apsara and Pranjal’s wedding was full of emotions, laughter, and unforgettable memories. And of course, some amazing photo moments!

The day 1 began with the haldi ceremony, which was originally planned outdoors. But just as the celebrations were about to begin, it started raining. We quickly shifted indoors, and honestly — the rain added its own charm! The yellow haldi, joyful faces, and cozy setting made for some lovely close-up shots.

Later in the evening, we had the ring ceremony. Apsara looked stunning in a red gown, and Pranjal matched her elegance in a sharp black tuxedo. The warm indoor lights, combined with the love in their eyes, gave us plenty of beautiful frames.

The second day of this destination wedding in Dharamshala started early morning, just as the golden sunlight touched the snowy peaks. It was the perfect light for portraits, and we made the most of it.

We captured stunning portraits of the couple with the snow-covered mountains in the background. The peaceful morning, soft sunlight, and cool breeze made the experience even more memorable.

The wedding ceremony took place under a big banyan tree — a calm and spiritual setting that looked straight out of a dream. The mandap was decorated with simple florals, and the entire vibe was earthy, natural, and beautiful.

This 2-day destination wedding in Dharamshala had everything: love, laughter, unexpected weather, gorgeous outfits, and heartfelt moments. For couples dreaming of a hill-station wedding, Dharamshala is truly a magical place.
